Why rewire Bathroom or Kitchen?

Bathrooms and kitchens are one of the most expensive purchases in your house. That is why its essential to fit new wiring to a new kitchen or bathroom. Doing so will ensure that you have a cable capable of powering new appliances and not in need of replacement throughout the life of the new kitchen or bathroom. Most often sink & hob is moved which means sockets need to be moved.

Attempting repairs once kitchen is fitted could require disassembly of some units and in most cases removal of wall tiles in both bathroom and kitchens. Repairs or cable replacement is also more costly after kitchen fitted.

First Fix

During First fix, we will disassemble old kitchen, then we will check your existing wiring, We then go through Kitchen or Bathroom plan and once your happy we go ahead and fit new cables and prepare new electrical points.

Quote

After kitchen is removed, electrical assessment and socket placement agreed, we would let you know exact price and if your happy with it we would continue with the rest of first fix.

Second Fix

After around a week or two kitchens or bathrooms should be finished and We will fit the final sockets, switches and lights. We then do Testing and Certification to make sure highest quality of work was achieved.
