The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignment

Any attempt by you to assign, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this agreement, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent—which we may withhold in our sole discretion and without incurring any obligation—shall be void. We are free to sell all or nearly all of its assets or stock, or to merge with another company, in which case we may assign any of our rights or obligations under this agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party.

Modifications and changes

We reserve the right to change this Agreement or the terms that apply to the Website and Services at any time, with the revised Agreement taking effect when it is posted on the Website. The updated date at the bottom of this page will be updated when we do. Use of the Website and Services after any such changes will signify your agreement to such changes.

This agreement’s acceptance
